Fast forward 2 weeks we get pre approved and i text Joe to set up a meeting. As he was on his honeymoon he set up a meeting with his twin Jake. Days later my wife and i meet Jake at 5:30. He talked us through the home buying process and was very patient with all of our questions. He immediately knew of 2 homes that were in our price Range and met our wish list. We ended up touring 2 homes that evening, and put an offer in. And now within 12 hours of meeting with Joe we are under contract for a house of our dreams. This group is absolutely amazing and i would recommend everyone to use them as their trusted realtor!
